Wireless (WIFI) Vibration Temperature Current Sensor
Other Products
The Wireless (WIFI) Vibration, Temperature, and Current Sensor is a next-generation vibration sensor based on WIFI networks, serving as an ideal assistant for equipment safety monitoring and predictive maintenance. It fully synchronizes the collection of vibration and current data, accurately reflecting the operational status of equipment. This sensor is powered by wired electricity but transmits data wirelessly, with the capability to switch between timed monitoring and interactive diagnostic modes. In monitoring mode, the sensor collects and sends data at regular intervals. In diagnostic mode, it awaits commands from the host computer to collect and transmit diagnostic waveform data for a specified duration based on instructions. Communication methods support WIFI, MQTT, or TCP communication. It enables monitoring of standard vibration parameters, including triaxial acceleration, velocity, displacement, and more, and supports sending data in raw acceleration waveform or JSON packet format.
